The plain rules for using Fit Passport.

What Fit Passport is
A free prototype built by a student team at Carnegie Mellon University Silicon Valley. It may change, pause or stop, and features may be added or removed while we learn what works.
A size is an estimate
A recommendation is our best reading of the store's chart, your measurements and the clothes you own, with the reasons shown. It is not a promise that a garment will fit. Check the store's own size guide and return policy before you buy; we are not responsible for a purchase or a return.
Your account and what you add
You are responsible for what you add and for keeping your password. What you add stays yours; you let us store and show it as the site needs to work (your closet to you, and to others only where you choose to share it). You can change or delete it, or your whole account, at any time.
The community
Post only what you have the right to share, and be decent: no harassment, hate, sexual content, other people's private information, or advertising. We may hide or remove posts that break this, and close accounts that keep doing it.
Fair use
Don't try to break, overload or scrape the site, get around its limits, or use it to collect other people's data. Automated use needs our permission first.
Stores and brands
Store and brand names are used to say whose product or chart it is. Fit Passport is not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any of them. Their pages, prices and stock are theirs.
No guarantee
The site is provided as it is, without any guarantee that it is accurate, available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above says when they last changed. If a change matters to how your data is used, we will say so on the site first.
